To maintain ongoing contact with you, operate the 24/7 Desk functionality, prepare the corresponding contracts, complete electronic forms for Account Registration Control and Participant Authentication (both from the National Center for Energy Control, CENACE), submit offers, schedule bilateral financial transactions, schedule clean energy certificate transactions, and carry out settlement and billing processes.
To fulfill the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data you provide to us: identification and contact information such as name, mailing and tax address, work and personal email, work and personal landline and mobile numbers, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), e-signature files, passport number, photograph, date and place of birth, immigration status, and the data stipulated in the legal powers of attorney for company representatives.
Please note that your personal data is shared with the National Center for Energy Control (CENACE) to register operators.
